Staging + Design Packages

A staging consultation is the first look at how we can turn a home into a buyers dream house!  We will discuss simplifying spaces, paint color, furniture placement, (reduction or addition), lighting, outdoor spaces, decor and much more!  The homeowner will receive a comprehensive guide with all recommendations.  

A virtual home staging session may be the best choice for realtors or homeowners short on time!  We will have a videocall and do a walkthrough of the home discussing all changes that can be made to make the home appeal to more buyers.  This will include furniture placement, wall decor, window treatments, spaces to simplify, what to keep and what can be packed to show a buyer the full potential of the home.

Accessory staging compliments existing furnishings in the home.  We will curate and stage items that will enhance the style of the home and draw in buyers.  Rooms included in this package are living, dining OR office, bathrooms, and kitchen.  Items used in staging will include, greenery, lamps, wall decor/mirrors/art, throw pillows, place settings, kitchen accessories, hand towels and shower curtain.

This package is the most flexible and popular option.  Many times, existing furniture may not appeal to all buyers.  We can substitute a few pieces that will better enhance your space to make the home look its best!  We will stage the home with all items listed in accessory staging including the living room, kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, and primary bedroom.   Furniture pieces will be chosen based on what best suits the home.

Living Room:

Accent chairs, coffee table, area rug, side tables, plant stands, tall greenery, and throw pillows

Primary Bedroom:  Nightstands, lamps, pillows, art, decor, bench or chair

Console table, kitchen table with 4 chairs, queen bed set up with bedding

Maybe you are not selling your home but want a refresh!  This service includes a walk-through consultation and proposal for changes to update your current look.  Things that will be addressed are paint color, furniture placement, window coverings, wall art, decor items, and layout. We can use your current furniture or bring in some new pieces to give your room a new start!
